...nment is very good but still some improvement is needed from our top management. Like management think about there employees issues,bonus,salary hike,rules & regulation. Special in engineer category.

Hi, I am working here last 3 years.I think, there are so many things for learning. it is very good for our career growth. Time to time they will provide training on different module.

We waste 2 hours every day in travelling & salary growth also not good

Japanese culture is very good in the company. It's employee oriented culture. But Indian Management ruining it and employee are not enjoying the benefits.

Due to pandemic like covid19 I was to fired from my job, management want to fired the employee who is undertraining (not become permanent) employee of the company .I dislike this company because company call to me to join duty and after 4,5days he fired me .
