- no work ethics as the management does not consider your feedback - no growth here - not much benefits along with salary - epfo around 1800 for everyone - promotion is quite bad not even 10% - management creates fuss for you so that you resign yourself rather they fire to avoid spoiling company’s image - toxic work culture and no posh policy here

been with Yogesher for 3 years and have seen the company grow and thrive under the previous leadership. However, since the change in top management, I've witnessed a significant decline in company culture, employee morale, and overall job satisfaction. The new management's policies and decisions have led to: - Lack of transparency and communication - Unclear goals and expectations - Reduced employee benefits and perks - Increased workload and stress - Limited opportunities for growth and development I'm disappointed to see the company I once loved working for change so drasticaly

I have been in corporate industry for more than 16 years but never seen and felt so blessed organisation with who believes to keep everyone rise and shine with together, Rahul and Rajeev are exceptionally awesome and they are way more better than previous management as they don’t poke into each and everyone’s life.
