Furthermore, Mr. Kuchibhatla's behavior is particularly concerning. He uses abusive language, including explicit terms like "f*ck," during meetings and threatens to ruin employees' future job prospects if they leave the company. Additionally, Yespoho engages in a blame game, shifting responsibility for faults onto new joiners to cover up the mistakes of former employees and family members working in the company. This creates a toxic environment where employees are constantly blamed and mistreated. In summary, Yespoho is a dreadful place to work, characterized by deceitful management and a hostile work environment. I strongly advise against joining this company under any circumstances. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a respectful, fair, and professional workplace.
