I have not satisfied there particularly management side otherwise mechinery and labours r ok and client also satisfying to me not unit

Dislikes

There are staff r very friendly and and wofk culture was best but planning is not properly so smoothly not working due to setwise not placement mechinery according to work

For learning it is a good place where u can explore to many things also shop floor people's also very cooperative as it is a MS you can't expect growth and salary packages. Overall good experience.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
