Dislikes

They have shown consistent failure to pay salaries on time. The workload is intense due to staff shortage. There appears to be a lack of professionalism and work ethic among some HR department members. Documents such as experience letter, appointment letter, appraisals etc are not being processed by the HR department in timely manner.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
