Humiliatinng salary. 4 Digit salary per month!!!!! Half salary will be cut for late attendance. Horrible work culture. No pantry, sweets, coffee, tea etc etc. Overtime is expected everyday. Manager will throw a tandrum if left on time. Very toxic leave policy. Only 10 leaves and that too you can't take in a single stretch. High work pressure.

...place with no work life balance or support. Arrogant and micromanaging managers. Very very very low salary. 2 year bond that extends for ever. Basically in my opinion i liked nothing working here.

sweatshop like job. this feels like a school than an it company. very below poverty level salary (most experienced people earns below 20000 per month). no hikes, no monetary bennefits, full stress.

Be very careful engaging with this company. They trap people with bonds. There is a reason why most of their staffs are less experienced people as seniors will stay clear from this toxic place. Pay is low, no extra benefits, arrogant and greedy management whose soul goal is to shut you whenever asks for a raise or complaint.
