... behavior supporting the team leading Dept in one good way with out any issues.. Every year at the time if apprisal we are eagerly wait with lot of expectations for salary hike but we not get that much good... Bonus also little bit unsatisfaction.. But in covid 19 situation we work like a warriors for patients service . I think this is a memorable moment in my life to work in yashoda...

I don't won't to discuss about this... But one thing I want to share personally want I face at the time of my notice period.. As per hr protocal if any person resign from his duties he have to give one month notice period to get his salary and service certificate.. I clearly mentioned in my resignation letter and given one month notice period also.. But I haven't received my salary... This situation feels me angry because am a middle class comman man with salary only I lead my life.. And told me that I will get settlement amount after 45days but till now I have not get it... Please my suggestion is the process what ever do as early as possible... Tq

... would enjoy a lot with busy work. The time exceeds to reach targets some times. Its very secure job with high security levels and every month 1st day salary credits based on working days of banks.

...highly talented and qualified wont get/own any rewards. Highly (Major) politics. Salary/appraisals will be based on the relation maintained with the managers, seniors, not based on the talent, hardwork, accuracy and targets reached.

...ept only few good doctors. I didn't receive any support from the top management. While leaving, they hold salary of people and harass them astronomically. The same happened with me as my superior 'AVP- Corporate Relations' instructed HR to hold my salary. If you are planning to leave this organisation, then must abscond rather than leaving in a formal way.

On time salary and if you try to behave in a way that pleases the company chairmain and directors you are on right path

Company uses and fires people after they are of no use.I was lucky to leave before that could happen and being a company of 1 lakh crores chairmain and their family wants to know each and everything and they don't trust anyone

more work, less salary, I have never seen 9 hours / day in other organizations. Here u have to work for 9 hours / day. We can't find that all departments are good in providing health services under one roof, particularly some departments are good.
