I have great experience as a supervisor approximately 2 year experience with YCSPL. We are worked 20 town on PTS in hariyana. And till now worked on smart city project in Rajsthan (2 town completed) This organization really good for learning PTS and GIS application. So lastly i would like to Thanks our management team which make perfect and supportive for work skills

Some time salary issues created due to gomvt. Funding but now all is well pending salaries cleared

In case you are not qualified and want to learn work on the cost of self respect join it.

Nothing is sorted. It's a one man show. If he says something regarding salary, appraisal, Holiday, week off, etc it will happen and the employee have to do so or loose the job or salary for a period of time. I left the firm because the management gave the salary to one employee rest all were not paid for last 2 months.

For like in this company there is nothing.

Dislikes

Delay in salary everytime like for 2 month work you get only one month salary. For GIS none of employee have Masters degree, some of have only autoCAD course and some of have diploma in civil. Highly recommended not 🚫 to work in this company.

Environment work culture exploitation salary issues the MD and project managers are unbearable worst experience.

Salary is not paid on time. And in the last months, salary is not paid for two to three months and employees are fired. Many children are employed for a few days and then fired without salary.
