Salary is not paid on time. And in the last months, salary is not paid for two to three months and employees are fired. Many children are employed for a few days and then fired without salary.

... They don't care about your health or about the work done by you in the company. Don't give salary on time. Nothing is good there. Please avoid such companies. You will feel like you are living in hell.

...and management is transparent. Senior staff is very supportive and good leaders. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Also has nice promotion policies. I personally worked on various government projects like Property tax survey haryana for 89 towns utility and land use surveys for Rajsthan. And also company adopts new ennovative idea related to technologies, as we are working on our projects with a special applications and back panels to develop smart cities.

There are some point for which company's HR and Managment team is working like delays in salary in covide time but that too is all paid

Its been one year working here in YCSPL, I wants to Share my experience with you all, that we are working on Various Government projects like, Property Tax Survey for 88 towns of Haryana State, Utility and Land Use Surveys for Rajasthan Towns. Yashi Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technologies, as we are working on our projects with a special Applications and panel to develop Smart idea for Cities for betterment. HR department is doing best for the Organisation to take it to another Level. Some points to be highlighted:- 1. Professional work experience 2. Disciplined Work culture 3. Opportunity to learn and Grow everyday 4. Guidance from Senior Management 5. Learning Experience with Government departments and YCSPL ETC. If you wants to Experience the same, you can choose the Same.

... but, with the efforts of HR and Higher Management, it's improving every day. During COVID-19, we faced with Salaries Delay, but as soon as Situation got better, we got our Salaries before payroll times also. Wo kehte hai na ki, har bure waqt ke baad bhot acha waqt ata hai!!! So, Now we have started getting some perks regarding Other activities than work!! Like celebrations and fun activities to Increase involvement of employees.
