New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Company pay good salary to employees.

Dislikes

They are not having long term projects and Competency team is treating experienced people as fresher. If you are in project then need to work morethan 9 hr as per project requirement may be sometimes 12.

Apart from work life balance and the value of the employee theres really notging much to do in this company. It's entirely dependent on its client base. If they loose projects at client site there may be chances that you would be thrown out.

Dislikes

Compensation is good , but it lacks growth opportunities. As their major base of income is incurred by sending employees at the client site. So if u really work for like 7 years , your designation and promotion would be done but u will still act as a developer at the client site irrespective of the designation you hold.

If you are on project then you don't have any work life balance , and if u are on bench u don't have job security. This company can put you in any domain or u have to find another job eg switching from Java to Salesforce

Nothing to like except sitting on bench for months if you are interested in spoiling your career.

Dislikes

...u give up. Company has no value of employees. Useless to join such organisation. If you resign, company won't pay your 3month salary for notice period and your leaves will all be deducted. If you take leave during urgency.. IRM will reject, all your hardworking for years means nothing to this fraud company. At the end what you will get is harassment & only harassment.
