In terms of work life balance it is the best sales company I have ever worked with. Work culture and management is also good. If you work ethically, it is the most secured work place.

Compensation is little less compared to other companies. I hope it will increase in coming years.

Management is terrible. 100% attendance even in Covid Crisis. Offices are very unhygenic. Basic amenities like drinking water and washrooms are also not proper. Salary growth is very slow also the process they are using is very backward.

Slow growth, traditional methodology for work, political environment, low salary hike, no new learning, follow same protocol for years, all Saturdays working. No recognition/appreciation for the work.

No growth, No learning, Some Indians are guiding how to treat the employees and how much to give them growth, HR has no opinion of their own, They claim to be women oriented company and work for women empowerment but no facility for women to continue their career after marriage or after a baby.
