Worst and most pathetic HR policy. They find all the possible ways to deduct the salary. Policies are only applicable to mid-level employees but flexible for the HOD and HR. HR is not at all professional, he doesn't know how to speak to an employee. If there's any family emergency, and the employee has to be there with family for XYZ reasons they never support on the hard-times of the employees and instead deduct the salary :) of that period. I would like to request all of you please never join this company. Don't think twice to reject an offer from this company. It's your time and energy please make sure you don't waste over here.

Worst HR policy. You have to reach by 8:59 AM to leave at 6:00 PM. If you reach at 9:00:01 AM, you have to leave by 06:30 PM then. If you want leave from Monday to Friday considering that you have 5 leaves, then you got it wrong. Saturday & Sunday will be also considered as leave. To avoid this, you have to come to office on Friday. What a joke 😂 No hybrid or wfh policy. Seems no growth at all.

Every 3 months once u will be treated in hotel 50% discounts on the company products.

Company is not organised. They them self called HOD poke their nose all the department.And you should be answerable. Every month minimum 2 Stores are getting closed due conflict with franchise. If you are lucky you can see Company and franchise fight in the corporate office. More over Company is under loss last 3 years. If you apply personal loans bank will reject coz Company is under loss and Company based on China. Rules is different based on peeosn. If u login 1 minutes late you have extended 30 mins. Think twice before join this company.

Everything. Toxic work culture with toxic politics. Please do not join if you want to grow in your career, because there is zero growth. Job security is also zero. You will be an invisible member of the company if you join. Only the higher management are respected and considered as employees. Inequality is at the peak at XTEP. If you want to remain sane and have good peace of mind, I would advice you to think thrice before joining.
