3rd class Company they hire very high level package to employees and don't pay salary and dump stock to SS and Distributor after that te don't pay salary every 2 month ,also they are not paying my salary as well as kolhapur ARM Nashik ARM ,Nagpur RSM ,Alok ,Avishkar also HR not received call

Worst company ever I had work. They fooled employees by hiring then they are not paying salaries. They hire employees with good packages and when it's time to pay they denied. Companies financial conditions is very bad. Do not join this company. I regret after joining this company. Hr are not supportive. If u asked any questions to hr they may either ignore u or back answer you if u said leving company they do not care they immediately start to search new bakra. Companies management is also very worst. Please fo not join this pathetic company. There is no fixed time to work they will ask you to work overtime without paying.

...ws it's true & if you avoid it's your risk they hire candidates for their work.hiring candidates from big companies and offered attractive but actually they are not paying salary for employees.pf has not been deposited for 9 month.HR Snehal Kadam &Monika ,Naynish will hire you giving wrong commitment the salary will be credited at 4 of the next month.no one is listen over here.when i was join whole accounts team will be new I was shocked just because the older employee has left. no one is here to provide a training.at the end Whole new account team has left due to non payment of salary.they make your career spoil.at the end you have two options one you left the job and sitting home &second option if you continue the job then salary will be delay 2 -3 month but not sure for the salary came..

It was great working under the leadership of newly appointed CEO, But the family runs the business by their way which is sucking and removing employees without notice,

...ios and hiring good employees from established and well known FMCG companies....but unable to pay the Salary, They are Holding the Salary for 2-3 months, Not releasing the Vendor's payments since long time,

No salary on time. No job security. No pf added to my account. No TADA given by them. Politics are everywhere in this company. No full and final given by company. Not even call received by them because they are too busy and we are just chu*iya for them. No support from senior level. Sales, distribution and accounts head all are giving wrong commitments every time and they are too shameless for doing it again and again. I specially Request to all super stockits and distributor to please do not work with this company. They are not capable for gives you claim for damage, expiry or scheme provides by them.
