Working with Xerox is a wonderful experience .The staff is co-operative ,team mates are very supportive and what not.

Dislikes

Must improve cafeteria and salary should is not upto the mark according to work. So, xerox should look into this.

It's Freedom free culture nice to work as it gives 5 days working and also the other company parties on special occasions.

Dislikes

Very much disappointing that after completion of 1.5 year still company not given any increament on salary.

One should not join this company if has a job in hand even at double the salary . Highly unstable company with nio ethics for human , Can spoil ones life and career and have happened with lots of people in past

Work cilture and insesitivity towards employees liffe and career have spoiled hundreds of lives and career no one should join this organisation even at double or triple salary hike . you do not know how many months you will get it

Lack of resources due to cost cutting exercises. No direction as department does not fit within overall business. High turnover and management slow to recruit.

Dislikes

Disorganization, low salaries, not appreciating employers, no opportunities to progress, no benefits, lots of irresponsible management, chaos.

Though local guys trying to influence their culture organization's certain mechanism helping us to report the same and overcome it.

... poor culture to the organiation. Noticed so many complaints related to ethical. Poor package. Not encouraging people for innovation. Totally one of the Indian offices runs like Indian organization. Many manager not even respecting their team members. Also showing threatening body language to their team members. One guy really hindrance to progress and threat to peole is Bibu baby, Kochi. However organization's channel to report ethical issues really keeping so many guys under the hood. Thanks for that. But don't expect everyone will come out and complaint. Instead affected people will look outside opportunity. I know so many guys left the organization because of this.
