Worst management. Even they don't know what they are doing. Hr department will try to allocate salary at the very lowest point they could. No recognition for hard & smart work. Will only favour people who are close the c level.

Career and skills growth is low in developer field. Sometime you’ll face lot of pressures your management’s. This lead to unhealthy work life .

Good work environment and culture. Really a good start for fresher to start there Carrier since there is no restrictions on learning new things infact they even insist to learn new technology.
