Everything, team leads have to do calls, management is worst, if you're salary is more than 35k as an SME they will try to remove and force u to resign , because they only have budget for 2 months

This was the first company from where I learn how to handle Customer, how to make them satisfy and if I learned the main task then I learn everything. The main work was to make the customer satisfy.

Nothing at all no motivation even if u work without any break but they'll still make you go crazy on petty things like the rap time should be below 30 sec and etc now and the so called team leaders will make irritate u till an extent that you would want to throw away your stuff and shut their mouth and more over they are so illiterate they always speak wrong english don't even know anything about a bike or even a mother vehicle be it their quality feedback executive and they tend to tell you that how are you doing in your job that's so messed up

Now more over they are not paying my dues for which I have wored so hard and just keep ignoring me and manager herself is so incompetent that she cannot even answer calls or reply to a email

Working in worxpertise has been really a good experience in terms of skill development, opportunities. Company Policies are as in other companies. Management is really helpful. I like the company culture.

Growth in terms of appraisal/salary is way low. Policies are sometimes not so clear.

This company don't think about people they think about his chair they think about his poket they don't any people came to my company and he need job working performance was not good by the menegment
