They deducted my salary for 2 months and their targets slabs are like a trap. Salary increment is a very far they didn't even give my actual salary amount to me, I had been going through such disappointments.

By doing that work, my skills had increased a lot, my communication skills and my personality had also become very good.

That mental torture is too much, they tell you anything, if your sale does not come and there is no time table, even after office, work from home at night.
