...ement, Customer service people are given other department work an vice versa.... proper growth and salary are always limited and work is double which is not possible to work in less salary.

Good work environment and culture. Supportive management. Company policy is to good. Salry timing is ok

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow. therebis a bind of 1 year before which you cannot resgin. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

My current job profile is versatile and I enjoy doing it. But there is little job security, policies are not employee friendly.

Baniya based company nothing for the employees strongly not suggesting to join this company even if anyone joins this organization mark my word you will come to know one day why I have given this review..

HR are the worst people in this organization not just worst but a boot licker of the owners Currently hiring only from nagpur region because they can't afford package of the local people.
