i was good experienced with this korean based company in India, working culture is defrent with indian culture...

I was dislike some of Korean staff working style which is very deficult to understand... As per international standards those staff can't follow on the work place..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.. Also good relationship in all employees..but some of the managers are not good. His behavior like childish..even small small things his see in big eye..if there is any emergency he did not understand the situation..but my company director sir.. And external planning manager is so good persons..his understand all employees problems. Here I am doing all Koreans person FRRO process and applying the aadhar cards,pan cards and arrange the guest accommodation in best hotels and maintaing the drivers schedule, security guards ,house keeping persons and also I'm doing the all office administration works..

Dislikes

Here there is no job security..no working hours limit..no holidays..continuously working 30days.if there is an emergency also don't give permission..simply said if you want work..work.. Otherwise leave.. this is the major problem..
