Feel proud to have been a part of this Premier institute. The working environment had always been very homely. Right from the doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, colleagues and even the grade -IV, every one had been very helpful and Co-operative. Had got the opportunity to learn the work in various departments and implement ideas. Working in a hospital gave me umpteen number of opportunities to help people in need and job satisfaction. Being a working mother had got the full support of the seniors and colleagues to look after my daughter, mother and grandmother, in all possible ways. Had enjoyed the work and every bit of my stay in the hospital.

Dislikes

Endless suffering of some patients, people loosing their loved ones, patient party unable to pay and having to shift to other hospitals.

...ironment was good .Team mates were quite supportive .Company policies were fair.Salary hike were good.

The transpiracy in the management was lagging which does not include every level of management. Career growth is slow.

Most 3rd class lobby baaz management looks and gives benefits and promotion to only person employed by them, and micromanage ment, The head of hospital thinks herself God

The management head kills you mentally by instructinh his leftinent to put treacherous pressure and and taunts on person recruited by another management the CEO os a main culprit.

Likes

Better oppertunity to learning. Doctors are so friendly and helpfull. No any support provided during covid- 19 lockdown in terms of COVID incentive.

Dislikes

No HR supportive to their employees. No system was there for employee engagement. Basically the ever worst HR systems.
