...g & development, infact there is no actual HR in the company…it’s only for name. Salary increments are given looking at the face and not performance. Dirty and highly polluted work culture. New top management people doesn’t believe in work and performance, and only does politics.

1) Lot of Office Politics 2) Salary date is not fixed and depends on the collection of the month 3) Ecommerce head Gurditta Lamba does not know the basic excel and have zero knowledge on Ecommerce working but judge you like he is master in online sales.

There is nothing to like about the company. Salary is never on time . You have to sometime wait till 12 to 14th of the month to get credited

There is no job security and can be asked to leave on their mood

>Arrogant & narcissistic leadership >No appraisals since 2 years >Every chance to cut down on the salary that people get >No proper HR policy, infact HR is considered a cost to do away with >Taking leaves,WFH was looked down upon

...ery pathetic. 2.Huge attrition rate. Usually candidate move within 3-6months. 3. Salary comes after 10th. On 14th , sometimes 16th. 4.You may loose your family life. 5.HR said mediclaim & insurance policy. Not provide in reality. 6.No perticular office timings. If you Boss asked to stay late evening, you have to. In short, My sincere request to candidate, plz do not waste your time, idea & energy here. It is worthy.
