Great company culture and work life balance, get to work on latest technologies, continuous encouragement on innovation and using latest technologies in market, great job security (they don't ever fire anyone, even non performing ones), great people all over the world with helping attitude, less politics compared to other companies and decent salary and benefits. Hybrid mode of working.

Dislikes

Less salary compared to other product based companies. Promotions are hard to come by, it takes 7 to 10 years to get promoted to each next level and most people leave before that. Even if you perform consistently excellent, you won't get a promotion for at least 7 years, so very less opportunities to grow. Increment are decent but fixed at 9% to 12% rate. And it's difficult to change your division or even project if you get bored of working on same project year after year. They only move you to different project if there is an urgent business demand in that. IJPs are for namesake as your manager would never approve your movement (unless you are a non-performer and manager doesn't want you in his/her team).

...ciation. This leads to leaving employees out of company even after working hard. Appraisal is not always good and variable pay is bad component.

No comp-off policy and weekend working for releases Poor mentality of Top Management ( GM and senior managers) Pathetic location near by slum ( sometimes causes security problems) Poor Infrastructure facilities compare to other good IT companies No International travel opportunities

...our family things. Also, half day leave is also considered, which is excellent. Pay scale is also as per market but they initially make a bond of 2 years keeping your 5-10 % salary which you get after year completion like 1st year and then 2nd year. Job security is great. Although you miss any project then they can shift you in their other projects. Remember this is growing product based company, so ultimately they have lot of project to carry. Appraisals are also average, but promotion is very bad thing here as some old employees keeping their chairs tight and they are mostly preferred for promotions though they are less in experience than new joiners.

Dislikes

Bond of 2 years to pay you complete in hand salary. They keep 5-10 % of your CTC and will give you at end of your 1st and 2nd year. Appraisals and promotions are not based on your previous experience but your current experience in company.Mostly promotions are given to old employees here though they are overall less experienced than new joiners.
