Worest treating of employees, that production manager mrs,.shoba,,she act like a animal,,Worest salary for Engineering Graduates and Traine engineer's they increase the salary as yearly increment of 600 to 800 rs 🙉 for Engineering Graduates,,,,,my suggestion is Dont join here,and don't get spoiled ur life.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive job security and facilities are very good

there is a more travelling and shift based work is difficult for girls salary is not sufficient and carrier growth is slow

...heir juniors. Only support for own state people. No respect for employees work . Due to management problem people are leaving company remaining salary increment not good due to this management only . Rules and regulations for some particular designation people. Wistron salary dates and remaining facilities are good . Company is super but present management is too much torturing. Particular department are good but some department people are too bad they are supporting their relatives. Increment, respect they will give according to their relationship. This is my personal experience from my department where I worked.
