In wistron I am working In Adecco contract only from last 3 years for same salary. I asked contract HR so many times for conversion of CDL to ODL but no one reapons properly there is no growth for me in this company.

...heir juniors. Only support for own state people. No respect for employees work . Due to management problem people are leaving company remaining salary increment not good due to this management only . Rules and regulations for some particular designation people. Wistron salary dates and remaining facilities are good . Company is super but present management is too much torturing. Particular department are good but some department people are too bad they are supporting their relatives. Increment, respect they will give according to their relationship. This is my personal experience from my department where I worked.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are Good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary.

Contract base, then salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners..
