It's a good flatfrom who is looking for stable job.. With salary benefits I have join this company before 3months I have increase my skills if I come to environment I am very comfortable with this job I am lucky that I am working this organization because I am seeing my career and growth

I like everything about wishfin, wether its about salary or work culture everything is perfect. Importantly they provides opportunities to inexperienced people also along with good package.

Super senior staff is very good in nature and knowledge. i have learnt a lot from Business Head about how to grow business and all other things.

Dislikes

Employee can’t get benefits according to their work. Extra hours stretch but no extra money according to their salary. politics is too much. favourism is too much. if front of favouritism performer will not get benefit. Manager always wants to make their money . They don’t care if emp doing their 200% in the company if they will not get their benefit then emp extra work is ntng to them.

Boses who are continuously guiding you to achieve greater goals. Good work life balance here,the company understands your problems and always there to assist you You are never criticised for anything wrong that you have done and rather you are corrected and encouraged to do it right

I would not call it a dislike but something that can improve is the benefits along with salary like Health Insurance Scheme for family dependents
