Today is 4th Aug and still I'm forced to work from office even there are 2 pastive cases have been found in our odc. Client is stubborn with their terms and conditions and our management don't even care to convince the client. If we don't go office leaves are getting cut and whole project team is just frustrated . No one knows who to go. That's our fate I would say otherwise as we know Wipro is good company to work.

Dislikes

Wipro is really good company and not in Wipro Only but overall in IT. If anyone completes their 7-8 years of experience they become Project Manager even if they don't know meaning of m in management. That's what I dislike about the IT. That's what dealing with right now.

For job seekers' Like fresher. It is ideal place to work and ensure carrier progress along with company growth.

Dislikes

They only need to understand even though a senior guy enter Wipro, he/she is as new as a fresher in a product. I request Wipro to work on them to ensure empl should not take decision to leave early as senior empl know his role on company. This only happens by duty not reading books/docs of relevant prjs. If I take the position of Mgr, I must have given few product defects to work with in order to cope with team by working. One cannot except, read a set of books and then perform at yr level which is surely not ok. While I joined I read those what was given to me(except HealthCare docs) and understand and implemented samples on my own However they must be different on the prj I am supposed to work.
