Right from day one at the company you are learning something new. The seniors are always helping you and happily clearing your doubts. With good work life balance, I am very much satisfied with the job.

The only thing to point out is the low pay scale offered.

Many chances to learn new things, take responsibilities. Execute a project from scratch to the final working condition.

Poor planning, Hr not strong enough, work life balance not good, away from city, pay scale not that good.

Very Good learning curve for Entry level or freshers. Salary and other benefits are very good but see dislikes.

For assembly Engineer - 1. Work life balance is very very terrible...No value for personal issues neither family nor health issues acceptable here. Only extra work. 2. On paper work timing is 9:15 hrs but actual 11hrs daily. No extra benefits. 3. Forcing people to do work extra if not worked extra then growth will stop. You can not complaint to HR it is waste of time. 4. Only Sunday holiday for daily 9:15 hrs of working for assembly people. For Others sat and Sunday off. 5. Only name Wipro Pari but culture is same as old PARI. Very terrible language from seniors/HOD. 6. If you have strong reference then u can join any time. Others will face monopoly issue.

Being a individual or as a team lead everyone learns a lot and good internal team support and not from managers level. Provides job security. WFH. Insurance

Dislikes

...ite locations for more than a month or two months. No support at site locations. and salary hike is very less and up to 3-7% only.
