Salary below the average market expectations. Exploiting the employee with extended hours for more than 18 hours a day, using the hybrid model. 4 hours sleep, 2 hours family and personal time and 18 hours work. You are expected Stay online always and stay always available at work. No recognition or appreciation or motivation at work. Better switch companies once in 2 years Max. Don't work in any company that says hybrid model, which indirectly means you have to always work wherever you are.

1. Reporting structures have a serious misalignment. Many times one will notice a Delivery Manager (DM) or Program Manager (PgMP) is reporting to the Project Manager (PM) in the outlook directory. This is insane and this meant a junior person in experience and qualifications will are authorized to do your appraisal and decide the annual rating for a vertical senior person in the role. 2. Vertical role designation person in company treat juniors disresectfully.

My feedback is after spending 16 years and then resigned. If Salary is not something that concerns then it is good. Lot of Training that you can grow. Good policies. If I get an chance to get rehired with right salary, I will consider rejoining. HR is just an rubber stamp and limit thier activities to check box. Anchal Manchanda is the worst HR manager I have seen in my life.

After 45 days on bench you won't get any salary. Any account can tag you if you are on bench for indefinite period, without taking interview or without declaring result or with provide you billing , even if it cost you , your salary or the variable pay. Notice period is 3 months but they will release you in 3 days if you are on bench or 45 days if you are on project , but this cost to hard to switch.. Never received the 100% variable pay. No clear rules on promotion and and hike . Received 1 hike in 4 years.

It's funny you come to appreciate the obvious, but it's good that the salary was always on time and the seniors management always communicated in a professional manner. Now this isn't something extra ordinary but there are many companies which lack even such basic decency

...your heart out but that wouldn't translate to accelerated growth in the company. You senior could be woking on something more basic than you, drawing a higher salary while you're expected to solve more difficult problems coz the management realised you have the brains for it. But that doesn't mean the management would ensure you are fast tracked for promotions. There's hardly any communication about your career growth.
