No on time salary No on time bonus All family and friends of the owner works here so difficult for outsiders to survive Lala system of working low standard tool used and on that also justication needed of low production and breaking No job security as owner believe only feed back of few of his favourite relatives and Chamchas can get sacked any day without any proper reason

I have worked almost 5 year and I have learned many things and got 2 times promotion from Supervisor to Deputy Manager level management very supportive and in five year we travelled many place as company picnic like Manali, Jim Corbett, Mussoorie, Nainital, Udaipur

Relative and friends are on most of the dept. head position, Not promotion to good and dedicated employes After Some time they realise that i have taken wrong decision to join this company employee always work in fear to lost his job Management are lala type, even they don't have experience how to handle people. In night they have a dream next day morning they will meeting with Team about project no time expectance from team they throw their own date oooom i need in 10 days no logical calculation behind 10 days Target time No project biforgetion. Even management doesn't know how to draw a line There is many things for showoff only Always have dirty politics

Company is good platform for fresher to learn but company has 90 present of staff who are relative to the owner so your hard work will not pay you. Company don't give appraisal on time and performance. It provides appraisal on how close you are to boss.

Every thing. The staff is full of relative who get all you knowledge and hard work utilise and don't appraise for years

Working under a fantastic boss who taught you like a perfect mentor is always good. I completed my four years journey here and then left, which was incredible. Most people are saying this is Lala company on the ambition box. I don't know if they are aware of the Lala term. Lala is neither gender-specific nor cast. It's about mentality. # If the company follows timelines for successful projects, I don't feel it's a Lala mentality. # If Company offered free education to the 30 % kids of employees, I don't feel it's a Lala mentality. # If you stayed here for five years and still saying it's a Lala company, I doubt you how stayed for five years. # People who came here from renowned firms could not fulfill the profile requirement, so they were called for resigns with one-month additional salary without termination. The company cares for them. Otherwise, termination is also an alternative. # Most importantly, if your father is the owner of any firm definitely, he will offer you the first chance instead of keeping outsiders. Hence, those saying the company is full of relatives and friends, please consider yourself as owner and think. Well, they are competitive enough, so working here and we are growing daily. # politics starts with you and ends with you. It depends on whether you want to be a part or not. It's a good platform, guys if you want to give a hike to your career. I came with some different growth stories in my mind, but I was appreciated far better.

I must say we should improve rather than blame others. The only thing I don't like is that people here consider themselves perfectionists, which is impossible for a human. Though they are cooperative enough, this also exists sometimes.
