My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

You can learn but apart from that you will be treat as a bot no leaves no festival leaves only one day leave per week you will get lop if you take any leaves even for festival no appraisal nothing they just wanted to extract work from you

Good training from seniors, we can learn windows and Linux server administration from here instead of joining in some training institutes with a good salary package. Main advantage for me is they offered wfh after 4 months training as it is difficult for ladies to travel while working in night shifts. The package they offered is the best in industry for freshers esp in wfh. Working hours is also good, only 8 hours with 45 mins break..

Nothing but two day week off is only there for night shift. If they can give two day week off for day shift also it will be very helpful. But it's ok as I am working from home
