Machine technology is very good and error free, training culture is best in new employees knowledge increase

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow and work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as l have to attend machine and manage all vehicles, utilization of man power, material requirements full fill or all over site management but they mostly go unnoticed.

Here growth is slow the work pressure is very high . Sometimes I have to work 21 ,22 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.mangers do not balikan individual, unique strength,

There is nothing to like about this company. You career is basically ruined if you end up here.

.... Work environment is too negative as some people get paid and others don't. HR is unapproachable and rude as people constantly approach them to find when the salary will get credited. There are frequent raids by the tax department and it goes on for days. There is not learning or growth. They give you free food and all you get. They hire freshers and make them sign bond of 2-3yrs so that they don't run away and that's how the company is still running even with all these issues.

I'm working in WWIL from more than 2 years now as a SHE executive, I'm learning lot's of things during this and working culture in WWIL is very good (if you are here for learning & doing the work sincerely), Currently I'm enjoying my work life with WWIL and I'm open for challenges and learning opportunities.
