only the project handled to each developer to work on and get hands on experience.

Dislikes

No understanding of the employee problem, Everyday is a new deadline for the project development. Management, managers, founders all make their developers work 10-12days normally and with their overtime- Saturday we also give our 2-3hrs. Just because Management works on Saturday and they need to maintain the work.
