People here are clueless without any kind of strategy. I feel I got stuck here because of some personal situation but taking the liberty to give this review. Kindly dont apply in this company in any department! Its not good environment to work in. All the departments have seen departures in last 6 month. Let it be the core people handling stuff OR the head of the deparment.

Very easy to make fool out of them if you play your cards right. All you have to do is to be your manager's pet. Then you can even fool the founders easily😁

Nothing to dislike. This is the most healthy environment to work in wherein you would end up spending 16 hours a day working and then you will receive an email from the managment asking "how dare you ended up going to sleep? Work 24hours a day or quit"😌 Founders invest their money very wisely. To give you examples, they would invest in 4 yearly vacation for senior management in the name of "hurdle session". They are so down to earth that they would hang you upside down to make sure you accept your mistake, as founders cannot make one (*coughs* ego issues)😋 Management, especially Sales, Marketing & Finance, their leaders are like the most humble people. They would make sure not to gossip infront of you, but would definitely spend night talking to HR head. All the three heads of the team, will find ways how to make your life miserable and would super impose their orders onto you. So they are basically saving you from exploring your creativity side. Gem of a human🥹 Last but not the least, HR head. Her duty is to make sure if you have spoken your mind infront of founders, you will get rewarded. You may ask how? In the form of your termination from the company by planning out all the steps to mentally harass someone, forcing them to quit. She is the most amazing person in the organisation. So amazing that she would lie to everyone, manipulate everyone & make her life extremely amazing by getting paid big bucks🧐 I would recommend if you are looking to spoil your health to an extent you cant recognise yourself, JUST DO IT! Else end up resigning like 25 managmenet people (out of 70) who have resigned in past 365 days🥰

Pathetic Culture, No job Security. This company only appraises the "Chaatu" Employees. Their HR Miss Tara, She is so terrible lady that I have seen in my whole life. She only believes in favoritism & biasness. Also, she will always advise to say yes yes to your manager so that you can save your job here. Everyone is just saving their jobs and kicking out the people who are not like them. The founders only listens to their favorite people out there. There is no work life balance. Every manager their will ask you to just complete the tasks just hook by cook as they don't care about your problems, your life. I would never ever recommend anyone to join this circus. No one is their corporate professional.
