only 2 things were good about WHJ. 1. flexible working hours 2. salary paid on time nothing else !!!

NO career growth as the company itself is not growing , poor company policy and culture. WHJ is totally failing their maths segment and they hardly listen to teacher problems and requests. money making company that traps innocent students and parents !!!

Best working environment. Constant support from the full team . Good online job. On-time salary, Frequent training to improve as a professional. Best place to grow.

...y to Byjus, its really terrific. No value for teachers, no recognition nothing. Even salary also not in time.

White Hat is fine till now, but after Byjus interference the scale went down. I pray to God that karan should take over again

Work culture and mainly the satisfaction of the pay. Based upon the harden work we do we r treated in a better way and mainly supporting us to improve more and more by which helps us to motivate ourself more and gain more experience.

Just want to inform some of the codes are getting very hard for the kids so if we make it easier and a bit interesting for the kids they will enjoy more.

Whitehat Jr used to be a great company to work with before byjus's acquisition. I have seen people getting promotions completely based on their skills and performance (Meritocracy), but eventually, everything came to a halt after the acquisition.

...owadays. But whitehat jr was extreme in laying off the employees out of nowhere. And the worst part is that the layoffs were based on their salary range, not on their performance. Many good performers lost their job at a time when jobs in the market are in scarcity. Try to understand the point here, they were moved into different departments then they were judged based on their salary range and then laid off. And because of this strategy, many lost their jobs. PS: If you are thinking of joining whitehat jr now, then take my suggestion and don't join. Look for a better opportunity. Now there's nothing left in the company.
