Only 8 casual/sick leaves that unlock in instalments 5. 9-hour shifts that stretch beyond 11 hours almost every day 6. No overtime pay 7. Over 30-minute-long morning standups 8. Superiors lack leadership, which leads to unorganised work environment 9. N number of calls/meetings to give briefs about projects 10. Incomplete and oral briefs 11. Shockingly, we don't have a style guide 12. At WhiteHat Jr/BYJU'S FutureSchool, a copywriter also equals scriptwriter, UX/UI writer, technical writer, proofreader, copy editor, etc 13. Copywriters have no access to tools to track their comms' performance 14. Yet, too many cooks are invited to subjectively cook the broth 15. Just the compensation they offer is high.

Extremely bad work culture. 12-13 hrs of shift and too much of pressure to deliver results. HR's over here are too dumb no response on any query and discrepancy.Just a number driven company. Not at all a place for married people to work. They'll hire you for something and will make you do something else. Just fake promises

It would be great if they informed the colleagues about company expectations while interview about the working hours as 9 am to 11.30 pm and only one off in fifteen days. Employee who enrolls to work has to be tough enough to handle the harness and politics.

Since I left the company, they deducted the TDS from my salary but not credited it to income tax dept. yet. They consumed the money deducted from my salary in the name of TDS. Also they did not deposit my PF amount into my PF account that was deducted from my salary for last 7 months from January 2023 told July 2023.

The work-life balance is okayish if you are working in the technical side team. Overall support and sales work have no life balance it is terrible to work
