My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

honestly terrible worked only 16 days without offer letter

Dislikes

1) they hired with formal letter no appointment letter issue when asked said after 10days you will get it 2) senor working specially hr dept ,if some thing asked on clarifications no one give solutions and started talking on misbehavior like they are working from lalaa group of company, openly said they can fire you immediately and u cant do any thing to me 3) no training structure,no payout of incentive timeline growth process 4) if you cross question ther company any dpt all are taking ego and started make you in trouble situations
