everyday has a new challenging exposure their we will learn about everyday cases alot

Dislikes

working hours stressful enviornmnt no coordination between the whole management seniors in every dept are trying to luk gud in eyes of managmnt by degrading thr juniors all this seniors are the most undeserving one whtr they are of DMO dept or GM dept or any other Dept they dont have gratitude they are just full of attitude they dont know how to teach juniors along with them tht will make the hospital a best hospital i have no complains on MD's of this hospital they are real gems but they shud once recheck those ppl whom they are trusting for this hospital to run are they really loyal towards you or they just doing it for attention money and fame ppl who are working thr they dfntly going through bad physical and mental health.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
