My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

I liked many things while working with WEP the process flow of the working system and management is also having very supportive and also there is very much positive atmosphere while working with the WEP and also there is very good team work cooperation between employees and management

The company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result , i get to travel aboard, especial to Germany. But on site travel is completely depended on group. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background , and we work happily in collaboration, I like the employee re-hire policy here.
