In south Wing there are Stupid Cluster Heads in this Company, the all are North Indians , How they Know about South Market , that to they are freshers , even they don't have practical experience on sales and service, and there no Hr Team in Local Office anything we want , the Main Hr team in Mumbai , we have to approach, they don't give response immediately, And the Sales team doing very worst job they never follow Quality Venue, Old property they can onboard , every property they have separate rules, even this company can't provide one small plastic Chair , Because that property owner all ready they will get there own business , that what they allowed to give space in reception desk , we have to sit and work outside either we have to sit on sofa, some locations no power box near by sofa , so what we have to do , kept charging and we have to use it. in case if u rises this issue with your cluster they don't come and resolve your problem , such a use less and waste company . before joining this company they asked my area , they can provide venue accordingly our near by place , once You join they will ask to go some other location, and they don't pay Petrol Allowance.

False commitments from management. No personal life. Tremendous work pressure. Bias senior management. Weak HR. After work harassment. Character Assassination false aligation done if you go against them.

The pressure on new or banquets that are not performing is immense. You perform below average for 2 months, you lose your job security. They also keep you on a 3rd party payroll for 2 years.

...he perks of work from home and creating pressure on the employees on the ground. Every month they create a new guideline and threshold other than sales and they used to link all these processes with the salary and incentives. They are looking only for excuses to deduct salary and incentives. Even though the incentive is also very poor. Not recommended to join at all.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They can fire you just 2 days of joining. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
