Hello Atanu, I hope when you're notice this review you'll take action. In Wordpress department is getting toxic day by day. I saw most of company collapse because of their management and own peoples where the company trust them most. I know as a CEO you are too busy and you have others responsibilities also but some of the departments of your company you needs to focus on. The 'Wordpress' department is one of them. All your senior manager and TLs are busy to groupism, criticism and targeting their own employees. hope you heard that Management is the key of every company same as the Senior member who served any company long period time, TLs, manager they also equally the key factor of every company. But, unfortunately here all of them are ruined the department and the environment al long as companies' reputation. I didn't want to take their name but i think i need to do that. Kindly pay attention once - 1. Pinaki Bisi 2. Sayani Kundu 3. Nabanita Debnath 4. Pabitra Dutta 5. Subhendu Bhattacharjee ** These guys are really spreads Toxicity in this department. I know couple of name you didn't expect but it is the reality of this Team. ** Hope you're not taking this lightly. Because one department ruined others Department.

Colleagues were good. If you are senior developer then you have lead the project. If you are active learner then you learn new things.

...any development process. After every couple of months there is new set of rules. Less salary as compared to market. No compensation if you are working on Saturday Sunday. Lesser no. of holiday. And the management 🫡....

This company is the best ever company I worked .Enormous Project Flow , Growth , Challenging work environment, On time Salary , Good Hike Cycle if you are a performer .In my opinion this is the Best IT company in Kolkata , which reflects National Award from our Prime Minister .If you want to work in a challenging environment without your superior intervention this is the company you should select .

Nothing as such , management is very helpful and fast paced .No place for non performer .

All the projects are international. You'll get chance to work on projects based on US, UK, Middle East countries etc.

...er having a very long tiring day. You have to literally beg for leave approvals. The notice period is of 3 months and you won't be paid salary when serving your notice period. If you don't attend office on Friday or Monday, they will deduct salaries of 3 days. I can go on and on.

... delay. 2.Toxic Work culture: your manager & management play dirty politics. 3.Low compensation compared to other companies in kolkata. 4.Inhumane working hours : 9.5 hrs which extends to 11 hrs frequently. 5.No respect for employees I would never recommend this company to anyone who is looking for fair,balanced & respectful work environment.
