The worst organistaion i have seen in my 4 years carrier they ask me join with in 2 days i book flight ticket and came and after 20 to 30 days in during training period there unprofessional HR ask me to leave without any proper reason, after that when I said I share this feedback to Internet they threaten me to take legal action if I shared my experince in anywhere.

...ce and knowledge and they think they are to smart to manupulate with the anyone. and after that they dealy to pay the salary and even they can't pay any compensation for immidiate exit.

...reviews with more than 1 star is fake. Micromanagement down to the atomic level. They expect you to be full stack developer with not even the salary of a half stack developer and say they are offering as per industry standards. They shove 4-5 projects to a single dev and expect the project to be completed within a month. They make Jira tickets of each of them with an one week sprint and humiliate you in case they are not completed. The uneducated, uncivilised, utterly inappropriate managers have no clue of the projects, they don't even know how to communicate with the client as well. All they care about is their compensation and blame the poor developers if the weekly target is not fulfilled. Th floor manager Kalyan Dey is a megalomaniac. He bosses around as if we are some subjects and mock us in front of everyone for the slightest excuse. He zooms in to the cctv footages and if sees you away from your workbench, he calls you and questions why you were not there. They also zoom in our computer screens to check what we are doing. They receive paid awards that no one cares about and brags on those in every social media like 'chhapris'. The boss Atanu Sarkar is textbook hypocrite and a disgrace. He posts about work life balance, friendly environment in this office whereas we enjoy no such thing. And you might wonder why we still work despite all these? Well, it's because of their 2 years bond for freshers where the seize your graduation certificate and force you to stay in that hell. No experienced dev will tolerate this for more than 6 months. DO NOT EVER JOIN.

Bad office culture micromanagement in every steps, Thousands of cameras there not for outsiders or intruders it for surveillance of the employee higher management zooms in and check whats employees are doing and will come directly if they saw you on phone ir something and humiliate you on the floor instead of checking employee completing his job or not. Pathetic projects are there they will take any project which client has no vision of and blame developer for client feedback and longer development.Developers who do 4 projects a day juggling between them get 5000 INR increment for a year. Btw theres 0 benifits except the salary nothing no medical or mediclaim no transport no late overtime pay nothing if you probably thing any other pay dont exist here bonus nope incentive nope. 9 and half hours you have to stay minimum in the office despite you work has done and if not you are expected to finish it as long as it lates without any extra payment. Oh the hr policy is something no other company have. Monday and Friday if you take any leave medical for you or your family Saturday and Sunday included your salary will get deducted. If you take medical leave Thursday to Monday 5 days salary is gone. Only 15 min late gets you a late mark 1 hour late if you leave office it gets you nothing hypocrisy. They will post on LinkedIn how they manage work life balance and they provide hybrid all lies that's only for the management. You want more than 3 consecutive days of leave in a year to travel or enjoy life forget it you wont get it approved.Rain thunder or cyclone some ine died in your family you expected at office totally unethical practices.They want you to maintain the jira software for 3 projects you are assigned for the day with 1 week sprint what a joke they know its impossible but what pressure is on you right? Btw 60-90 working days notice period you wont get salary for the time. Save your life do not join

Colleagues were good. If you are senior developer then you have lead the project. If you are active learner then you learn new things.

...any development process. After every couple of months there is new set of rules. Less salary as compared to market. No compensation if you are working on Saturday Sunday. Lesser no. of holiday. And the management 🫡....

This company is the best ever company I worked .Enormous Project Flow , Growth , Challenging work environment, On time Salary , Good Hike Cycle if you are a performer .In my opinion this is the Best IT company in Kolkata , which reflects National Award from our Prime Minister .If you want to work in a challenging environment without your superior intervention this is the company you should select .
