Need to work on Saturdays without pay. One of the worst company to work. Salary delays. The management is the worst. Ceo and business head take bulk of the money home and doesn't give salary to employees.

Bond for new joiners. Salary delayed for months. Many of them haven't received salary since December. Employees come and go here because of the salary delays. No HR in the company. There's a "she"part time HR who doesn't know H. Employees who have left last year are yet to get the salaries. CEO and Business Head are good in manipulating clients. " One of the worst development team and company" Can't even imagine the situation of clients.

One of the worst company to work. Theres no posh for women. Salary delay for months. If you join and leave the company then forget about your fnf and salaries. They wont give your salaries for months. In the beginning for few months they gove salary 10-15 days late just to show off that they are giving salaries. Once 3 months are done then 1-2 month delays in salaries.

Beware! This Company is a Trap! WDIPL is one of the worst companies when it comes to employee treatment. They take employees for granted, making them work endlessly without paying salaries on time. There is absolutely no proper management or HR in place—just a chaotic environment where employees are treated like laborers. The CEO takes a huge chunk of money, and whatever is left is handed to employees as if it’s a favor.

Working here is a scam because salaries are not provided. Only for new joiners they gove for first 2 months for show off. Then forget about your salaries. We need to beg for salaries. Its that kind of a company.
