The company once held a solid reputation and had decent leadership, even if not technically strong. Some long-term employees are sincere and try to maintain stability like Debmalya and Swarup. Company is secure as it get support from Brainware.

... in control. No upskilling, no young hires — just outdated methods and politics. Salary deductions for minor issues like coming late thrice a month still exist. The company works mostly with low-budget clients and outdated technology due to poor client handling. Employees are sometimes forced to work weekends with no acknowledgment or support. Allegations of salary manipulation and unethical deductions are serious enough to attract potential labor court action. Advice to Management: The owner needs to open their eyes. This manager is a psycho-level manipulator pretending to care about the company while actually damaging it from within. She’s fooling leadership, stealing credit, and possibly misusing funds — all to hold her position for a year or two before jumping ship. A new, qualified, and ethical manager must be hired immediately. The current one is not just incompetent, but actively harming the organization. If action is not taken soon, legal troubles and total brand collapse are only a matter of time.

At end of the month er they keep their promises about salary day, and for a newbee they can learn whole lot more about everything except own skill development.

Dislikes

Webguru is better for new learners as they will not only learn about the job role also they learns about office culture and other aspects of a full-time position. In this company they can learn a whole lot more about what to avoid during your job.

...k. Besides, there are opportunities to learn about new systems and technologies. It is heartening to note that during the pandemic, there has been no pay cut, and above all, received a bonus for Durga Puja as well. The management has been very supportive from the beginning and encourages me a lot to learn different frameworks for PHP.
