Mistakes made by the team lead or their close associates are overlooked, while other employees face unfair consequences, including termination. The team lead's approach is more focused on creating the illusion of productivity to appease management rather than contributing meaningfully to the project's success. This has created a toxic work environment where genuine effort and talent go unrecognized. It’s disappointing to see such practices affecting both morale and overall performance.

Very less pay comparing to industry standards and HR policies are very rigid. The people who are favorites of core team would be able to lead a peaceful worklife. Sometimes tight deadline and heavy work pressure
