Long working hours - office timings are 10-7 pm but sometimes it extended Lack of lead source Lack of management leads unsatisfactory work Need to work on leave policy -2 cl per quarter and 1 pl in a month which you can not carry forward. For cl you have to add priscription necessarily. After 3 late marks your 1 day salary will be deducted.

Under the leadership of Mr. Atulya Sharma and Mr. Akshaya Sharma, the company has done exceptionally well. Their strategic vision and commitment to excellence have taken us to new heights. They inspire confidence and encourage innovation, which is fantastic for the company's culture. I also want to give a shoutout to Ms. Priyanshi Jain, our regional head. She's been instrumental in driving success at the regional level. Her leadership skills and market knowledge keep things running smoothly. I have full confidence in her and can't wait to see what she does next. Also recently they promoted me to the position of Assistant Team Lead. I really appreciate the decision of the director's and the reginal head to notice my efforts and struggles and announcing my promotion and providing me growth map towards my professional development.

Don’t think for joining this company if this is the only company left they just make employees fool by showing big picture on their salary and growth part, everything is going on this company except work, too much politics and favouring. I suggest you guys just talk to the ex employees before taking decisions over linkdlin you will get the whole picture of this company management specially about the higher management. And yeah all the 4-5 stars and reviews are posted by their employees only which was asked to them standing beside them. All the best

Outstanding work culture at our company, having been a part of this organization for 1 year, I have witnessed firsthand the positive impact it has had on my professional growth, job satisfaction, and overall well being. Having an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork, allowing us to work towards common goals with shared enthusiasm & motivation. One aspect that truly sets our company apart is the genuine care and support provided to employees. All of these has not only made my time here enjoyable but has also empowered me to reach new heights, I joined here as a BDE, than got promoted to BDM and currently working here as ATL.

Hey guysss, I would like to give a very positive feedback regarding this company. This is my second job. And I had a worst experience in my previous job, so I was way to scared to join this company too, but I was so surprised seeing the work culture. Everyone, specifically My Branch Manager was way too supportive. She taught me everything. And She is always there for me whenever I need any help. So, Don't worry about anything. And the people who have given the negative reviews for the company, They must have created the mess for themselves. So if you're planning for this company, go ahead.
