No job security. No proper compensation. No hikes and appraisal. Sudden layoffs. No career development opportunities. You'll feel you're doing well and suddenly you're out. Please do not get in here to demean yourself. This is a trap. A lot of heed is paid to similiar linguists.

Teammates experience is depending on which language team you are joining. Appraisal is good. Work environment pleasant. There is lunch for 7 days.

... get some. There is no bonus. There is no paid leave or sick leave. No gratuity. HR don't know anything about ESI, but it will deduct from your salary. Management is terrible. Again I'm telling the main problem is leave. You will get 15 days leave in a year. There is no respect for content writer. HR behavior is too bad.

Recently they closed the email marketing business and without prior notice they threw out the nearly 30 employees.. they don't care about employees financial status and from last 3 years they don't gave hikes also..

There is No job security in this company. Company threw out Many employees. there is no career growth. No appraisal in last 2 years. company policy is changing every 3 months. there is no any leave policy. Work environment is average, But Work life balance is worst. They use employees as their need. Management is weak. They forced employees to work from office during Covid-19. They provide Lunch, but you have to eat what you get, because of insufficient quantity. Me with many employees were working in Second shift (2 PM to 11 PM), but there is no dinner provided by company.
