I had the opportunity with work with grass roots people

Dislikes

Country Director had grand ideas which were very bookish. She wanted to implement new ideas where there were existing systems in place that were working very well.Also.the system depended more on local NGOs, who embezzled funds. The Country Director was more interested in cosmetic changes in the community, rather than a lasting benefit
