Really i praise God because covid-19 lockdown time also company give full salary and expenses not give tha pressure totally company treat employees like there family numbers thank you so much Wallace pharmaceuticals and middle management also good

So much of paper work and very less increment in salary. Less agressive marketing .

...Tools are very useful for instant analysis of activities, and sales performance. The salary credit date is punctual & before time. Marketing strategies are good & reward systems like incentives & increments are good.Internal promotions are given in many divisions.

Competitor analysis & innovation in strategies is lacking. Lack of improvement based on the feedback of field force.

I'm working in this company scence last 4 years. Work culture is very good... Management treats like as a family friend... Company policies is very useful..... I'm feeling very happy to work in this company.

Here is few politics but the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent and career growth opportunity will give for right candidates as soon as possible

First of all company Is very good and gives the salary at correct date there is no problem in that. But the products are new the field it take more effort on Mr and there is no offers
