...pect for staff team. he can fire any staff at any time without any prior notice. Salary is 2-3 months delayed. Each faculty have to give admissions for getting his salary. MD used abusive language for female staff too. No job security here.

I am working as Assistant Professor of MBA department and here not even i am adding years to my teaching experience but also upgrading my further qualification. Management team member believes in Harmony relationship and always ready to interact with the faculty members which helps to maintain stress free environment. Sound infrastructure , cafeteria, transport facility add on to job satisfaction.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
