Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Q. Share some of the positives of working VYOM Ans. only peons are good.

Q. Share some of the drawback of Working at VYOM. Ans. 1) They are salary Eaters they eat my salary. 2) They Don't Respect Employs. 3) They are Partial between favorites and normal employs. 4) No job security (job dropout rate highest in delhi\ncr) 5) Late night working without any compensation. 6) if you reached late by 1 second they will mark your halfday. Its better to work with this firm stay at home.

Dislikes

Some staff members act like they are Incharge, but the boss is down to earth and approachable. The boss has a great attitude and is very friendly. While some staff who present themselves as leaders have poor attitudes and behavior. I advise against joining this company

Very poor company with unethical and disrespectful work environment. No learning at all. One year is the longest period ppl stay in this company due to the contract. Even that is waste of time since the contract is not obliged.
